The space

We try to keep a cozy, friendly atmosphere here, so our 1st floor is open 24/7 to guests! (We do have CCTV, so don’t worry about security!)

We don’t have a restauraunt or cafe here, but we do have a kitchen and common area! All Korean delivery applications are possible here, since we are so near downtown ^^

If you have an open mind and an open heart, come hang out and join us making fun, unique memories! ^^

Our guesthouse has a friendly and open atmosphere. As such, our main door, luggage room, and common area is open to our guests 24/7 ^^

As we are close to downtown, a lot of our guests of various nationalities are down to meet others and go party in the nearby entertainment area ^^

Our kitchen, (equipped with common refrigerator, induction stove, water purifier, and basic cooking tools) is always open to our guests ^^

Shopping for ingredients is really convenient with both Home Plus and Emart nearby! As we are close to downtown, everything is available with delivery through various apps if you have them! ^^

Things to know

1. Self-check-in procedure If you request self-check in, we will send you a text message to either your phone number or through messaging after 16:00 on the day of your check-in. >The text contains your room number, passcode, and our house and room rules. >You are free to enter your room any time you would like after you receive your self-check in message! Please be quiet in the hallways after 23:00!
2. We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap in your bathroom, and hair dryer in the room. (We are just a humble guesthouse~ don't expect too much ^^! If you would like to use a certain product, please bring your own~)
3. There are no towels inside the room!  Please take towels on 1st floor in the common area in front of reception. Please use only one at a time ㅠㅠ, and return in the basket in front of reception! Let's be considerate to our guests and staff and follow the rules ㅠㅠ
4. Because you have your own room, you have the freedom to eat inside your room ^^ Please be careful to not spill on our very white sheets ㅠㅠ.
5. Inside your room is a guide to adjust the temperature of your room with the air conditioner/heater!
6. WI-FI is available in all rooms (PW: 23456789)

Free cancellation until 24 hours before check-in After that, cancel before check-in and get a full refund, minus the first night and service fee.
