Try Korean barbecue : Palsaek Samgyeopsal (팔색삼겹살)
Palsaek Samgyeopsal (팔색삼겹살) is a Korean Barbecue Restaurant that serves fresh local pork belly meat.
The main menu, which also gives name to the restaurant, is the meat seasoned with eight different kind of special sauces (ginger, wine, ginseng, pine leaves, herbs, curry, soybean paste and pepper paste) with all-you-can-eat fresh veggies. The meal also includes a big sea food stew.
The meet is cooked at the spot, you can do it yourself or ask for the help of the staff. With the meet, it is also cooked sprouts, mushrooms, garlic and kimchee. One portion serves up to 3 to 4 people and costs about 34,000 WON (about 34$).
If you never had korean barbecue before, this will give you a very good idea of how it is done here. Also, know that korean way of eating barbecue includes wrapping the meet with kimchee, garlic, soy paste, etc. into a piece or two of fresh leaves. Just try it, because it is very delicious!
